Yes. Tenants must provide proof of coverage for stored property. Many renters use their homeowners or renters insurance, while others choose a protection plan during rental. Our protection plans offer low monthly payments and a $100 deductible for covered events (and no deductible if there is a break-in).
Prohibited items are listed in the lease agreement. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
Yes. You can rent online 24/7 without meeting the facility manager in person. Most tenants rent online and move in at their convenience.
Yes. We will do our best to help you switch to a different unit size as your needs change, subject to availability. Promotional rates do not apply when an existing tenant changes unit sizes.
