FAQ
Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Yes. Tenants must provide proof of coverage for stored property. Many renters use their homeowners or renters insurance, while others choose a protection plan during rental. Our protection plans offer low monthly payments and a $0 deductible for covered events.
Do you have outside or overnight vehicle parking?
No. We do not offer outdoor vehicle storage or RV/boat parking. All items must be stored inside an enclosed unit.
What are your access hours?
Access hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week, 365 days a year. If you need special access, please contact us to discuss your options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, ACH, and check. Most tenants use Autopay with a credit card. We do not accept cash or keep cash on site.
Is a lock provided with the rental?
Yes. Every new rental includes a new lock and keys at no additional charge ($15 value).
